If you have an overtired toddler, meltdowns are inevitable and will make the whole process a lot more challenging.Įqually so, an under tired toddler can be quite the challenge. This is because if they’re overtired or under tired, it is going to affect bedtime. Your toddler’s routine during the day can definitely make the task of teaching them to stay in their bed either more difficult or easier overall.
